Step 1: You will receive an email from Eagle View Filing Solutions (example below).
Step 2: Within the email, click on the 'Access Forms' button and it will direct you to a page to create an account. You will need the same email address that the notice was sent to, as well as your Tax ID (SSN/EIN) that you provided to OneShare Health.
New Feature! OneShare Health has enhanced the Performance Dashboard in your portal. You will now be able to see commissions data for the past year or more. By default, one month is selected, but you can now filter to see any commissions paid.
To view your commission statements from 2023, simply click on the Performance Dashboard section in your portal and scroll to the bottom. You will see 5 tabs with a variety of different information.
Go to the 'Commission Statement' tab.
The report automatically defaults to the current month and is sorted by the Remittance Date and Member's Last Name.
Use the 'Show Filter Panel' button in the top left corner to adjust dates and select multiple months simultaneously.
Producers can see their own commissions and those of their downlines if applicable.
To export, click the three dots in the top right corner of the report, then select 'Export Data' and choose 'data with current layout'.
After downloading your report, apply filters as needed to view specific information.
