Removing Redundancies

Before, you had to click "NEXT" after every step, even if there was nothing to fill out! Now, you can easily glide through the application in HALF the time. 

Removing Medical Questions

What was obtained via the medical questionnaire can now be accomplished with the Program Disclosure Attestation. It is still important to ask your Member about their medical history to enroll them in the correct Program and educate them on limitations and waiting periods.

Member Agreement Extension

Although the deadline to sign the Member Agreement will be extended to 72 hours after the Active Date, we still encourage the Member to log into their Portal while they are on the phone with you and complete the last step.
