Hello, Valued OneShare Health Producers!

We made it! The day is almost here! Tomorrow will be the official launch of our new Producer and Member Portals, OneSource!

Starting tomorrow, every active Producer’s account will be migrated into this new platform. You will log in using your same email, and a create password email will come to that inbox as well. Members will follow the same process.

Please be sure to check your spam folder tomorrow just in case something gets caught on the wrong side of your inbox!

For visibility and reference, below is our timing related to your commissions and reporting access as we migrate into this new platform:

  • Commission payment on July 1st, 2021 will be extended one day, for the dates of June 22nd – 29th, 2021.
  • Commission payment on July 8th, 2021 will be reduced one day, for the dates of June 30th – July 5th, 2021.
  • Our standard 7 day pay period will resume on June 6th, with payment on the 15th.
  • For enrollments submitted on or before June 29th, 2021, commission statements will be available in Admin123 with your existing Producer login credentials through September 30th, 2021.
  • For enrollments submitted on or after June 30th, 2021, commission statements will be available in your Onesource Portal starting July 8th, 2021.

Just a reminder, below is a link to our On-Demand Training Webinar on How to Navigate your New Producer Portal. Look before the launch tomorrow for overview and insight into the new look, feel, and features of OneSource! Starting in July, we’ll organize live virtual webinars on this topic as well.

Until tomorrow,

The Team at OneShare Health
