December 1, 2023 - Exciting Member Features:

Starting December 1, 2023, members will gain access to the First Health Network and Rx Valet, enhancing their healthcare experience.

Members will receive an updated physical ID Card in the mail by December 1, 2023, featuring the First Health Network logo and Rx Valet Discount Pharmacy Information. If a member does not receive their physical ID Card by that date, they can easily obtain a digital copy by logging into their Member Portal.

To ensure a smooth transition to the First Health Network, you can use our helpful Provider Locator tool and access FAQs about the transition.

On December 1, we will update the resource tab in your Producer Portal with brochures, marketing materials and anything related to the First Health Network.
