Dear Valued Member,

As previously stated over the past few emails, the newest changes, upgrades, and improvements to OneShare Health Programs and Features are now active. Just as a refresher, please see the changes listed below, or visit the Member Resource Hub for more details!

Program Updates Which Are Now Active:

1 WellCard Savings programs will vary by state and are not owned or operated by OneShare Health, LLC. Discount Medical Plan Organization benefits are not available to AK, MA, MT, VT, and WA Members.

What Does Freedom of Choice Mean?

Updates to our Provider Network will give you the freedom to choose a healthcare Provider; to go to any hospital or Facility you’d like. That way, we can help lower Out-of-Pocket expenses for your care and stretch your healthcare dollars.

To bring you this no-restriction freedom of choice, we facilitate sharing at a Fair and Reasonable Amount for Eligible Inpatient, Outpatient, Hospital, Surgery Center, or Clinical Lab Facility care!

Read more about Fair and Reasonable Sharing and OneShare Health’s Freedom of Choice on our Knowledge Base and Blog!

We thank you for your cooperation during these changes. If you have any questions regarding these newly active updates, please do not hesitate to contact Member Support at 855-699-1274 Monday through Friday, 8 am — 6 pm CST, or by emailing MemberSupport@OneShareHealth.com. We’re ready to assist you!

Sincerely,

The Team at OneShare Health
