New Smart Virtual Care and Dental Network are Live!

Effective August 1, 2021:

  1. Your Members now have access to a new and improved Telemedicine solution via Clever HealthTM (see below for a description & instructions).
  2. Your Members are now accessing the Careington POS Dental Network. Members should confirm their current dental Provider participates in the Network.

Telemedicine Update:

Clever HealthTM Smart Virtual Care uses AI and population health data to help streamline and optimize your Member’s virtual visit. Clever HealthTM adds greater convenience for OneShare Members, faster visit times, more accurate diagnoses, additional prescription discounts, and 24/7 access to mental health chat resources.

To do this we highly encourage Members to download the Clever HealthTM App on their smartphone. This is crucial to getting the most out of their Smart Virtual Care, mental health resources, and RX discounts – it’s important to note that the Clever HealthTM App does not work on a desktop or computer.

Members will receive instructions in their Newsletter on how to download, but please see below:

Access Smart Virtual Care via Clever HealthTM by downloading the Clever HealthTM App by either: 

  1. Scanning the QR code using the camera on your mobile phone:
    Note: You do not need to take a picture of the QR code, simply tap the screen to focus on the QR code. The active link will then appear. Click on the link to be taken to download the Clever HealthTM App.
  1. Clicking on this link using your mobile phone https://join.cleverhealth.ai/oneshare and following the prompts to download.
    Note: You can NOT download the Clever HealthTM App on your desktop or laptop computer.
  2. Going directly to the app or Google Play Store, searching Clever HealthTM, downloading the app, and entering Group Number 8101 Member Number 1000 when prompted.
  3. Clever HealthTM Smart Virtual Care (Telemedicine) is also available to Members without access to a smartphone by calling (833) 387-9603. Members will follow the prompts to be sent a text message or continue to speak with a care coordinator.

Careington POS Dental Network

Below are the steps for Members to Access Dental Discounts:

Step 1: To locate a participating Provider, Members may call (833) 387-9604 or go online to access the online Provider search https://osh.solutionssimplified.com.

Step 2: When scheduling an appointment, Members should inform the participating Provider’s office that they are Members of the Careington Dental Network.

Step 3: Members present their Careington ID card upon arrival to receive savings.

Step 4: The Provider will collect payment at the time of service. Members are responsible for paying the total bill, less the applicable savings, when service is provided.

Changes will go live Sunday, August 1st, 2021. These changes will not affect Members in Massachusetts. MA Members will still utilize their existing Telemedicine and Dental Discounts.

New Member ID cards began mailing out starting July 23rd. Starting August 1st, members will also be able to access their ID cards within their OneSource Member Portal by logging in at OneShareMembers.com.

Important Elixir RX Prescription Discount Network Update:

Effective September 1, 2021, Giant Eagle will no longer be a participating pharmacy in the Elixir (formerly Envision RX) Prescription Discount Program. Members can access their prescription drug savings at other participating pharmacies nationwide including CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Walmart and Kroger, along with many other grocery chains and independent retailers. Members can search for participating pharmacies by visiting https://osh.solutionssimplified.com.

“Pre-Certification” is Now Called “Pre-Notification”

Along with this name change, we've also updated the Pre-Notification requirement for Maternity Sharing. When a Member learns they‘re pregnant, Pre-Notification is required. Our Support teams are here to help our Members understand their Program’s Maternity Sharing Guidelines. All emails regarding Pre-Notification should now be routed through precert@onesharehealth.com.

OneShare Health Program Update

Within the first 10 Business Days after the Effective Date, a Member can elect to make a Program Change without OneShare Health approval.
