NOTICE: We’ve officially changed over our primary sharing email address from Sharing@OneShareHealth.com to MemberSupport@OneShareHealth.com. For any inquiries on sharing information, please ask Members to reach out to Member Support.

Beginning August 1, 2021 Members will go to their Member Portal to receive and review their Membership Guide. Members can also visit OneShare Health Member Guidebooks to request their Membership Guide using the email used during enrollment.

Changes Coming Soon – Clever Health Virtual Care, Careington Dental, and Contract Renewals!

We are excited to announce that starting August 1st, Clever Health will serve as OneShare Health’s new Telemedicine provider*. Clever Health uses Artificial Intelligence to create a streamlined intake process that is easy to use and connects quicker to a Health Care Provider when our Members are in need!

Additionally, our Dental Network with Careington will also be shifting. Until that time, Members will continue to use our current Telemedicine and Dental offerings. We’ll have more info coming in the next few weeks, so keep an eye on your inbox for details, videos, FAQs, new materials for upcoming enrollments, and more!

Lastly, you may be receiving a notification of Contract Renewal - you'll receive a DocuSign contract with a deadline for signature. We'll be sending more information and notifications about this as well.

The OneSource Producer Portal Will Be Live Soon!

While the OneSource Member Portal has officially launched, we, unfortunately, must postpone the launch of the new Producer Portal. It is still coming soon. However, this delay is simply to make sure that we provide the best possible experience for our Producers. On the bright side, this gives you more time to review our training and FAQs so you can get to know the Portal in and out before it's live!

What the CDC Wants You to Know Once You're Fully Vaccinated

  • The CDC suggests that if you're fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you can safely resume pre-pandemic activities, according to the CDC.
  • Plus, fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.
  • If you haven’t been vaccinated yet, follow this link to find a vaccine.

Even though you may be fully vaccinated, it’s still a best practice to choose safer activities. For more information on what activities are safe, click the button below to visit the CDC’s website. Recommendations have been updated as of May 28, 2021.
