We've been working hard to make sure that our Members’ healthcare needs will be met with new Discount Programs that will be live May 15, 2022. At that time, our brand-new discounts and other incredible updates will go into effect!

As a quick reminder, we’ve provided a refresh of information regarding these changes. If you have any questions about these updates, be sure to visit and bookmark the Producer Communications Center!

Changes Taking Place May 15th, 2022:

New Discount Programs

Members will no longer have access to discounts from Careington, instead, we have upgraded to WellCard Savings1 to help our Members save on what matters most. For more details, visit WellCard Savings or click here to see all Discount Program information!

WellCard Savings programs will vary by state and are not owned or operated by OneShare Health, LLC. Discount Medical Plan Organization benefits are not available to AK, MA, MT, VT, and WA Members.

Freedom of Choice

OneShare Health Members now have the freedom to choose any healthcare Provider.

My Choice Provider Locator

This tool allows Members to see if their provider works with HCSMs. Remember, even if a Member’s preferred Provider isn’t in the My Choice Locator, OneShare will now accept any accommodating Provider and work with them behind the scenes to ensure our Members receive a fair price for the services performed. Check it out by clicking below!

Membership Guidelines

Starting May 15, 2022, Members may find updated Guidelines in their Member Portal and on our website.

New ID Cards

If the Member has not received their physical ID Card by mail yet, there will be a digital copy available in their Member Portal.

Emergency Room

Eligible expenses on all Programs and tiers for Emergency Room visits are shared up to $10,000, then ISA Applies.

Newborn Sharing Eligibility Changes

Newborns who were conceived prior to Active Date will have a 30-Day Waiting Period to be added to the Program.
