Our Catastrophic Programs are designed for those who are focused on affordability and only want sharing for Emergent situations and major illnesses and injuries. However, if they need to see a doctor for things such as the cold or flu, they have convenient access to Virtual Urgent Care (Telemedicine).
Our Classic Programs offer a limited number of in-person Primary Care and Urgent Care visits. However, we highly encourage using Virtual Urgent Care (Telemedicine) as the first line of defense. With no limits on telemedicine visits, Members can access care anytime, even if they have used all their in-person visits. This ensures that your clients always have access to the care they need, providing peace of mind.
Members can download the Clever Health app on their smartphone and see a doctor within 6-8 minutes. The top diagnoses are:
