How Do I Get Started?

To access Virtual Urgent Care via Clever Health, you can download the Clever Health App by either:
  1. Scanning the QR code provided here using the camera on your mobile phone:
    Note: You do not need to take a picture of the QR code, simply tap the screen on your mobile phone to focus on the QR code. The active link will then appear. Click on the link to be taken to download the Clever Health App.
  1. Clicking HERE using your mobile phone and following the prompts to begin the download.
    Note: You cannot download the Clever Health App on your desktop or laptop computer.
  2. Going directly to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, searching “Clever Health,” downloading the app, and entering Group Number 8101 and Member Number 1000 when prompted.

Clever Health Smart Virtual Care™ is available to Members without access to a smart phone by calling 833-387-9603. Follow the prompts to be sent a text message or continue to speak with a care coordinator.
